      大规模电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)并网充电会对配电网造成过负荷、网损增大、电压越界等影响,为了减小EV充电对电网的冲击,构建一种多目标EV充电优化模型,并提出GRASP-PR混合算法进行求解。算例仿真采用IEEE 33节点配电网系统,对比研究所提算法、传统GRASP算法和无序充电的仿真结果,证明基于该混合算法有序充电能达到最小化配电网运营成本、负荷“移峰填谷”和升高节点电压水平的目标,有利于解决EV有序充电问题。
英文摘要:
      Large-scale electric vehicles (EVs) integration into the electrical distribution system (EDS) causes several problems such as overload, increase in energy losses and voltage drop. In order to reduce the impact of EV charging on EDS, a multi-objective EV charging optimization model is built, and an novel GRASP-PR hybrid algorithm is proposed to solve it. The effect of the proposed algorithm is verified by IEEE 33 node system. Through the comparison of GRASP-PR coordination, traditional GRASP coordination and no coordination, it is proved that the methodological proposal meet the requirements of minimizing the operational cost of EDS, peak load shaving and improving voltage level, which help solve the EV charging coordination problem..
