      当变压器局部放电信号为多个不同放电类型的信号混合时,要想正确诊断放电类型,需要将混合信号进行分离。当混合信号具有较高的信噪比时,直接采用独立成分分析(ICA)能够有效地分离出独立源信号。但当信噪比较低时,ICA的性能会显著受到影响。而变压器局部放电信号存在严重的噪声,其中连续性周期窄带干扰尤为严重。针对混合信号中窄带干扰严重的情况,提出了一种基于奇异谱分析(SSA)与ICA的变压器局部放电混合信号分离方法。该方法首先对含噪混合信号进行奇异谱分析,抑制混合信号中的窄带干扰成分;然后对降噪后的混合信号采用ICA算法分离出独立源信号。仿真结果表明,采用本文的方法能够从信噪比较低的混合信号中有效地分离出独立源信号。
英文摘要:
      When the partial discharge (PD) signal of transformer is a hybrid signal mixing multiple signals of different PD types , in order to correctly diagnose discharge types, the hybrid signal needs to be separated. When the hybrid signal has a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), independent component analysis (ICA) can be used to effectively separate independent source signals. However, when the SNR is low, the performance of ICA is significantly affected. However, the PD signal of the transformer has serious noise, and the periodic narrowband noise is particularly serious. Aiming at the case of severe narrowband noise in hybrid signal, a method for separating the hybrid signal of transformer partial discharge based on singular spectrum analysis (SSA) and ICA is proposed. The method first performs singular spectrum analysis on the hybrid signal with noise for suppressing periodic narrowband noise; Then, the ICA is used to separate the independent source signals from the hybrid signal after noise reduction. The simulation results show that the method of this partial discharge paper can effectively separate the independent source signals from the hybrid signal with low SNR.
