      泛在物联技术是未来电力能源体系的发展趋势,具备全息感知、泛在连接、开放共享、融合创新的特点,建设泛在电力物联网是是当前阶段国家电网公司落实“三型两网、世界一流”战略目标的核心任务。文章首先阐述了泛在电力物联网的基本概念、特征;其次,对新一代智能电能表提出了从满足最基本的计量需求设备转型为集计量、通信、数据采集、控制等多功能的新型智慧能源网关的技术需求,并分析新一代智能电能表的功能定位和设计需求;再次,分析新一代智能电能表在电动汽车有序充电、用电负荷特征智能分析、“多表合一”信息采集等支撑泛在电力物联网建设的典型业务应用场景中的应用。最后,支撑泛在物联网工作的开展计划以及未来前景展望。
英文摘要:
      Ubiquitous internet of things technology is the development trend of the future power energy system. It has the characteristics of holographic perception, ubiquitous connection, open sharing, and integration and innovation. Building a ubiquitous power Internet of Things is the implementation of the “three-type and two-network, The core mission of a world-class strategic goal. The article first expounds the basic concepts and characteristics of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things. Secondly, it proposes a new generation of intelligent energy meter to transform from the most basic measurement requirements to a new type of intelligence that integrates measurement, communication, data acquisition and control. The technical requirements of energy gateways, and analysis of the functional positioning and design requirements of the new generation of smart energy meters; again, analysis of the new generation of smart meters in the orderly charging of electric vehicles, intelligent analysis of power load characteristics, "multi-integration" information collection The application of supporting the ubiquitous business application scenarios in the construction of power Internet of Things. Finally, support the development plan of the ubiquitous IoT work and its future prospects.
