      考虑多用户的用电特性有助于更好提升需求响应的实施效果。为此,对工业用户和商业、居民等中小型用户的用电特性进行研究,设计了工业用户负荷削减、负荷转移,并通过自备电厂参与需求响应的复合模型,以及中小型用户聚合商提供负荷削减和旋转备用的模型,并将这些模型融入含风电场的多机组日前调度规划系统之中。以系统总成本最小为目标,运用Gurobi软件对系统模型求解,验证多用户需求响应对系统优化运行的效果。算例分析表明,通过联合不同用户参与需求响应,能够进一步帮助系统节能减排,削峰填谷并提高风电利用率。
英文摘要:
      Considering the power consumption characteristics of multiple users helps to improve the effect of implementing demand response. Thus, this paper researches on the electricity consumption characteristics of industrial users, small and medium-sized users such as business and residents. Industrial load reduction, load transfer and demand response model for captive power plants and load aggregator models that provide both load reduction and spinning reserve are designed. These models are connected into a system model of scheduling optimization model with large-scale wind farms. With the minimum total system cost as the goal, the system is optimized by using the software Gurobi to verify different types of demand response. The results of case studies show that by stimulating different users to participate in demand response, which can effectively help system save energy and reduce emissions, improve the wind power utilization percentage, cut shaves and fill valleys.
