      漏磁检测反演问题主要是通过漏磁检测信号来反演出缺陷的轮廓尺寸等信息,漏磁检测反问题是不适定,因此漏磁检测信号的精度对反演结果的准确性影响很大。实际检测漏磁信号含有大量复杂的噪声信号,是不能直接用来进行反演计算的。文中基于中值滤波算法,提出了适用于漏磁信号处理的多级滤波算法,通过2级改进中值滤波算法来消除漏磁信号中可能存在的高频噪声,再进行2级中值滤波消除低频基线漂移的影响。搭建实验平台采集漏磁信号并对滤波算法进行实验研究,验证了滤波算法对于原始漏磁信号有良好的降噪效果。
英文摘要:
      The inversion problem of MFL detection is mainly to reverse the contour size of defects through MFL detection signals. The inverse problem of MFL detection is ill posed, so the accuracy of MFL detection signals has a great impact on the accuracy of inversion results. There are a lot of complex noise signals in the actual detection of MFL signals, which can not be directly used for inversion calculation. Based on the median filter algorithm, this paper proposes a multilevel filter algorithm for MFL signal processing, which can eliminate the possible high frequency noise in MFL signal through the improved median filter algorithm of level 2, and then carry out the median filter of level 2 to eliminate the impact of low frequency baseline drift. The experimental platform is built to collect MFL signals and the filtering algorithm is studied, which proves that the filtering algorithm has good noise reduction effect on the original MFL signals.
