      由电池单体串并联组成的电池模组是电池系统的有机组成单元,研究不同拓扑模组性能受单体参数不一致性的影响,对实现电池储能系统的规模化具有重要意义。以6节单体为例,通过不同的串并联组合成多种不同拓扑电池模组;基于电池Rint等值电路模型,分析了电池模组内单体不一致原因,建立了不同拓扑模组的等效模型;通过求偏导法,分析了单体内阻的不一致性对模组等效内阻的影响;通过正交实验法,研究了单体内阻、容量和端电压的不一致性对不同拓扑模组等效容量的影响;同时通过正交实验法,分析了单体电压和内阻的不一致性对不同拓扑模组等效端电压的影响。结果表明:“先并后串”型和“先串后并”型模组的等效性能参数受单体参数不一致性影响的差异性明显,且具有一定规律性,可为电池分选与成组提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Battery module composed of cells is an organic component of battery system, So it is significant to research the influence of battery parameters inconsistency on the performance of different topological battery module which is of much value to design battery system. Taking six battery cells as an example, different kinds of topological battery modules are formed through different series parallel connection. Then the equivalent models of different topological modules are established based on Rint equivalent circuit model of battery. After that, the influence of battery internal resistance’s inconsistency on the equivalent internal resistance of different topological modules is analyzed by means of partial derivative method; the influence of battery internal resistance, capacitance and open circuit voltage’s inconsistency on the available capacity of different topology modules is studied though orthogonal test; and the influence of the inconsistency of battery voltage and internal resistance on the equivalent open circuit voltage of different topology modules is researched by derivative method and the orthogonal test. The result shows that the difference of the equivalent performance parameters of the different topological battery modules is obviously influenced by the inconsistency of the battery parameters, and has a certain regularity, which can provide reference for the separation and group of batteries .
