      本文考虑了出租车各小时段载客收益和分时电价,计算充电时间成本和电费成本,以单位电量最小成本为目标,提出了一种最佳时间和地点的充电推荐策略。首先根据载客量计算出租车的单位时间收益,考虑充电时间和分时电价,得到最佳充电时间段。在最佳充电时间段内,考虑行驶时间、排队时间、充电时间和单位时间收益计算时间成本,考虑需求电量和充电电价计算电费成本,以单位电量最小为目标推荐最佳充电地点。仿真分析结果表明,所提出的充电推荐策略可以降低电动出租车的充电成本,验证了所提方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      This paper considers the hourly passenger income of taxi and time-of-use price. The charging time cost and electricity cost are calculated. Aiming at the minimum cost of unit electricity, a charging recommendation strategy of the best time and place is proposed. Firstly, the unit time revenue of taxi is calculated according to the passenger capacity, and the charging time and time-of-use price are considered to get the best charging time. In the optimal charging period, the driving time, queuing time, charging time and unit time revenue are taken into account to calculate the time cost, and the demand power and charging price are taken into account to calculate the electricity cost. The best charging place is recommended with the minimum unit power as the goal. The simulation results show that the proposed charging recommendation strategy can reduce the charging cost of electric taxi, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
