      在传统配电网评估体系的基础上,文中充分考虑大量分布式电源接入配电网后带来的环保效应,建立了考虑环保性的新能源配电网指标评估体系,该评估体系包含了区别于传统配电网评估体系的清洁能源发电占比,污染气体减排量等环保指标。针对传统层次分析法采用单一权重计算方法易因方法选择不同导致赋权差异较大的问题,提出改进层次分析法对新能源配电网进行指标赋权。改进层次分析法利用几何平均法、算数平均法、特征向量法以及最小二乘法分别计算权重并取平均值代替单一方法计算所得权重。通过对广东某沿海地区配电网中两个片区的算例计算,验证了所提指标评估体系的合理性以及所提算法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Based on the traditional distribution network evaluation system, this paper fully considers the environmental effects of a large number of distributed power sources connected to the distribution network, and establishes a new energy distribution network index evaluation system that considers environmental protection. The evaluation system includes the environmental protection indicators such as the proportion of clean energy generation and the reduction of pollution gas emissions which are different from the traditional distribution network assessment system. Aiming at the problem that the traditional analytic hierarchy process adopts a single weight calculation method and the weighting difference is different due to different method selection, an improved analytic hierarchy process is proposed to index the new energy distribution network. The improved analytic hierarchy process adopts geometric average method, arithmetic average method, eigenvector method and least square method to calculate weights and take the average value instead of a single method to calculate the weight. The calculation of two areas in the distribution network of a coastal area in Guangdong verifies the rationality of the proposed index evaluation system and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
