      针对“天网”反窃电专项行动中发现的10kV电流互感器窃电,开展高压计量互感器内嵌遥控装置的窃电机理分析。通过理论分析,提出实际计量电流计算公式,并进行了试验测试及数据分析,研究了互感器的窃电原因。通过拆解,分析了内嵌遥控装置的具体构成,证实了理论分析与实际内嵌遥控装置的窃电相吻合,表明用遥控装置短接分流互感器二次输出实现窃电。最后从反窃电的角度,提出了相应的对策,以阻止此类窃电的发生。
英文摘要:
      In view of the phenomenon of a 10 kV transformer ampere (TA) stealing electricity found in the special tackling of “Skynet” anti-stealing electricity, the mechanism of high voltage TA embedded with remote control device is analyzed. Through theoretical analysis, the calculation formula of actual measurement current is put forward, and the test and data analysis are carried out, and the causes of power theft of TA are studied. Through disassembling, the specific composition of the embedded remote control device is analyzed, and it is confirmed that the theoretical analysis is consistent with the actual situation of stealing electricity of the embedded remote control device, which shows that power theft can be realized by using the remote control device to short the secondary output of the TA. Finally, from the perspective of anti-electricity theft, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to prevent the occurrence of such power theft.
