      目前,传统的电能表检定通常采用人工接线方式,该方式效率低下,操作不当会导致器件损坏,存在安全隐患。为实现高效、可靠的批量电表误差检定,文中利用低功耗蓝牙技术实现电能表的无线检定。通过研究,摒弃蓝牙普通模式,采用蓝牙特殊模式,将蓝牙模块从协议层转发信号,改为从底层寄存器直接转发,极大提高了信号转发的稳定性,经多次测试,稳定性可以达到1μs以下,可以满足现在所有准确度等级电能表的检定要求。在检测时,无需将检表台体上的光电头与待检电表的光脉冲接口和电脉冲接口相连接,减少人工参与,提高了批量电表的误差检验效率。文中设计的基于蓝牙技术的无线光电脉冲校测系统适用于具有无线发送模块的待检电表检测。

      At present, the error inspection of traditional watt-hour meter usually uses manual wiring. It is inefficient in this way, any improper operation will cause damage to the device and lead to potential security risks. In this paper, Bluetooth technology is used for the batch meter inspection processing. As a reliable wireless technology, the new method can greatly improve the operation efficiency and reduce any potential risks. This paper adopts a special Bluetooth mode instead of normal mode, transmitting the pulsing signal directly from the underlying basic registers instead of forwarding the signal from the application protocol layer. In this way, it can greatly enhance the stability of the signal forward. The tests indicate that the stability can be managed within 1μs, it can meet the requirements of all watt-hour meter calibration accuracy level. During the detection, there is no need to connect the photoelectric head on the meter body with the optical pulse interface and electric pulse interface of the meter to be tested, which reduces manual participation and improves the error inspection efficiency of batch electricity meters. The wireless photoelectric pulse calibration system based on Bluetooth technology is suitable for the detection of waiting electricity meter with wireless transmission module.
