      分析了三相严重不平衡条件下现有功率因数的计算结果,指出了现有计算方法在反映实际线路利用率情况存在的不足。基于线路功率损耗等效原理,提出了一种能够准确反映实际线路利用率的功率因数和视在功率计算新方法。给出了现有智能电能表实现等效功率因数和视在功率计算的升级方案,同时以高准确度智能电能表作为测试平台,与现有功率因数进行三相非正弦不平衡试验条件下的对比测试。数据分析表明,与现有功率因数和视在功率相比,所提出的功率因数和视在功率新方法能够如实反映实际线路利用率情况,能够为功率因数的改善提供合理依据。
英文摘要:
      This paper analyzes the calculation results of the existing power factor under the condition of three-phase severe unbalance, and points out the shortcomings of the existing calculation methods in reflecting the actual line utilization. Based on the principle of line power loss equivalence, a new power factor and apparent power calculation method that can accurately reflect the actual line utilization rate is proposed. The upgrade scheme of the existing smart electricity meter to realize the effective power factor and apparent power measurement is given, and the high-accuracy smart electricity meter is used as the test platform to carry out the comparative test with the existing power factor under the condition of three-phase non-sinusoidal unbalance test. The data analysis shows that, compared with the existing power factor and apparent power, the proposed power factor and apparent power can faithfully reflect the actual line utilization rate, which can provide a reasonable basis for the improvement of power factor.
